6. Installation Timeline

• Estimated installation timelines are provided after site survey and depend on payment clearance, weather, and regulatory approvals.
• Delays caused by third-party approvals or force majeure are not the responsibility of Solar Synergy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Solar Synergy shall not be liable for damages arising from delays, technical faults beyond our control, or losses due to misuse of the system.
